Wrong or Missing Item
Contact within 7 days. Free replacement shipped immediately. We arrange return of wrong items.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@chinatoyguite.com with your order number
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable)
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return

- Blind box returns: Opened blind boxes cannot be returned due to the random nature of the product
- Pre-order cancellations: Full refund if cancelled before shipment
